This project includes a 2000sf addition of a large entertaining space/living room/library to the house and giving the overall house a facelift. A major feature of this renovation is to enhance the experience of the outdoor recreational spaces and gardens. A second part of this project will be the new 3200sf carriage house with guest apartments and greenhouse to be connected to the main house with a covered walkway.
This concept is for an approximately 2100 sf waterfront cottage. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, open concept living areas, with spacious screen porch to take advantage of evening cooling breezes.
